Since 1871, six generations of Bishops have been serving the shoreline with fresh farm products. Our farm market has grown from a roadside stand of the 1910's to a simple, yet bustling market, handling fresh fruits and vegetables, and related farm products. More than just a country store

A fifth generation farm in Bolton, Massachusetts, Bolton Orchards is much more than a country store. 250 acres are in active production, yielding apples, peaches, pears, nectarines, plums, sweet corn, tomatoes, and pumpkins. The orchard also produces two varieties of fresh pressed cider. Bolton Orchards offers fruit baskets, shippable gifts, fresh flowers, seasonal bedding plants, Christmas Trees and in-season potted plants.

Tour the vineyards and see the wine making process

Newport Vineyards of Rhode Island is a family owned winery, founded in 1978. Paul and John Nunes, whose local roots date back to 1917, purchased the winery in 1995. Since that time, the winery has grown to 50 acres of varietal and hybrid grapes. These include a tour in the vineyards, a behind the scenes look at the winemaking process and a tasting of five wines. The winery features an art gallery and retail shop with wine accessories and signature clothing. Private tours and tastings for groups of ten or more are available, making for a perfect thing to do on your next Newport vacation. Newport Vineyards specializes in rehearsal dinners, corporate affairs and custom labels. The winery hours are Monday thro ghturday 10-5 and Sunday noon-5 year around. Visitors are offered public tours at 1 and 3 pm, seven days a week.
