The Cheese & Dairy Celebration will showcase many of Vermont's artisan cheese makers, who will offer cheese samples, discuss their products, and have cheese for purchase. Visitors can Judge Jerseys with the farm manager to improve their bovine knowledge, participate in a dairy scavenger hunt or name the calf contest. New this year: Inside-Out Cow (have fun learning the body parts of a cow) and Cow Make-Over (learn what it takes to groom a cow for show). Especially for the children: cranking fresh chocolate ice cream and making dairy headbands and moo masks. The operating dairy farm, farm life exhibits, and the restored and furnished farmhouse are included in the entrance fee.

This fundraiser of the State Ballet of Rhode Island takes place under the stars on the garden grounds and studio of the State Ballet of Rhode Island in Lincoln, with music by vocalist Kelley Lennon and the band Malloi, various tasting of fine wines, a lavish food buffet with desserts, a live cooking demonstration and tasting by Johnson & Wales Chef Russ Zito and staff.
